Where do I start, they arrived with a bbq from Costco , that’s two drivers from this company they call them selves a logistics company and told me they couldn’t get it out of the van as it was loaded with a forklift and I don’t have one parked up in my front garden, I offered to lift it off with the help of my son who’s 6ft tall and not idol, but I was told due to health and safety we were not allowed, I then explained that I have a business 1 mile down the road and I have a forklift there, the drivers told me they could leave it with a neighbour ( if they have a forklift which they don’t) but they can’t take it to a different address so they would have to take it back to Oxfordshire I’m in Kent by the way if we are thinking about the carbon foot print, here we are 14 days later and it’s 12.30 and my before 12 o’clock delivery still hasn’t turned up, you can’t ring these people there phone lines only do out going calls, so just a word of warning think twice before using there so called service. My Costco membership hangs in the balance!
