Arrangements were made for the barbecue to be delivered between 12noon and 3pm on 14.05.2025. At 12noon we received a call advising us that the delivery was going to be approximately 2 hours late. That was the last info we received and the delivery never arrived. We received no apology or any further information. Your company do not publish a contact phone number which automatically sets off alarms about the quality of your service. With the assistance of very helpful Costco staff the delivery was rearranged and the item was delivered today, 9 days late and still with no explanation or apology for the very poor service.
