I ordered a sofa from Costco, which uses Kinetic Logistics for deliveries. After confirming the order with Costco, I promptly received an email from Kinetic to book a delivery date—which I did straight away for a delivery in 3 days.However, just one day before the scheduled delivery, Kinetic emailed to say the delivery was cancelled, with no proper explanation. What made matters worse is they rescheduled the delivery without my consent—no call, no email asking if the new date was suitable. That level of disregard for the customer’s schedule is simply unacceptable.Adding to the frustration, Kinetic Logistics has no customer service number, so I had to contact Costco directly to raise a complaint. Costco then emailed Kinetic on my behalf, and only after that did I receive another message from Kinetic asking me to rebook. The earliest available delivery slot? Next week.This experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Kinetic Logistics has shown poor communication, a lack of professionalism, and zero consideration for customer convenience. I strongly urge both Costco and other companies to reconsider working with such an unreliable delivery partner.
