Absolutely rubbish experience. Ordered garden furniture from Costco received a delivery date and 3 hour timeframe.took day off and waited. No communication before or during time frame. 10 mins outside of time got a message to say van was out of time, would need to rearrange. Complained and was given another date and then cancelled again as only 1 man on van!
