If I could give two scores the delivery duo would get 5stars they were efficient and professional. But as far as communication they were poor and would get 1 star. Picked a delivery date received a text the day before saying there had been a IT glitch but it would be delivered the next day at the same time as booked. The same day as I had chosen. But they had actually changed the date to the following day but never asked if this was a suitable alternative. As there is no phone number to call you can’t talk to the customer service team to sort out the problem. Even Costco can’t contact them by phone poor for customer service.
