Bought a tv from Costco on the Saturday -first available date was following Friday. Booked and given a 3 hour slot the evening before . Danny the driver arrived within the slot time and texted us at the delivery before hours.He was truly brilliant courteous and helpful - thank you Danny - we live in a small village and if dhl deliver they are known for dumping parcels anyway but not at the correct address.
