Placed an order with B&Q 18/04, received an email from Kinetic 25/04 to say they would be in touch to arrange delivery. 3 weeks later and I am still waiting...Also had a return processed by B&Q on 28/04, got sent a link to schedule a collection date by Kinetic, so I did for 05/05, waited in all day and no one arrived, despite receiving a reminder text the day before. I then had to reschedule for 09/05, sent an email on 05/05 asking them to confirm someone would actually be attending, no response. Luckily, they did arrive, but I have spoken with B&Q this morning and apparently the item has still not been returned to them.If they were coming to do the collection surely it would have made sense to do the delivery on the same day??Currently £850 out of pocket and no clue when any of this is going to be sorted.
