Had a delivery from Costco. The driver rang and introduced himself and said he'd be 15 minutes. He turned up exactly 15 minutes later. He was really helpful and carried my item on his dolly to the back of my house and even offered to put it somewhere else if I preferred. What a refreshing change to have a traditional friendly chap who was genuine rather than the current crop of couldn't give a sh*t amazon drivers!
