I ordered a bookcase which was supposed to be delivered within 10 working days. It wasn’t delivered and the company I bought it from said Kinetic Logistics hadn’t collected it from them. I cancelled the order but then received an email asking me to choose a delivery date from some random dates in the future. I replied advising them I had cancelled the order. Then they sent another email to which I replied again saying the order was cancelled. Next I get an email with a delivery date. I tried to phone them on their advertised number only to find they no longer have this number. I have emailed them a third time telling them I will not accept delivery.
