I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience with Costco UK and Kinetic Logistics regarding my order placed mid- March.The first scheduled delivery was cancelled last minute due to vehicle issues, which I completely understand—these things happen.However, I had taken the entire day off work based on the delivery confirmation and was left with no clear update until I chased the matter myself. No compensation or proper communication was offered at the time, except a very rude, disrespectful response when I called from the Costco customer service team. A new delivery was rearranged, and after waiting again, the wrong item was delivered. At this point, I’ve wasted two full working days. This is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable given the value of the purchase.I raised this with Costco customer support, but the response has been vague, with no real urgency or accountability. I expect far better from a brand like Costco.If this is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the issue through formal complaint channels and seek support under UK consumer rights.This experience has shaken my confidence in Costco’s delivery service Kinteticlogistics and customer care, especially after the customer service rep I talked to encouraged us to actually cancel our order with them, even though they let me down by not sticking to their 5-day delivery guarantee.
