Ordered a trolley from Costco, was delivered today. I was surprised to find that it did not come in a box (however not an issue). I was going to return the item as unused as I had purchased an alternative cheaper option whilst this order was in transit so was too late to cancel. The delivery guy rolled the trolley through my drive into my property which meant that the wheels are now dirty and scuffed so in theory has now been used and cannot be classed as new. I'm hoping Costco will still take this back as it's clearly not my fault. Otherwise the driver himself was nice and friendly.
