Took delivery of our new sofa. The team showed timely and clear communication prior to the delivery in texting updates. Always polite and friendly responses. On the day a father and son team arrived. Calling 30 mins before delivery to let us know ETA. They unboxed and carried to the living room. Set up the sofa for me. Took away packaging. Really nice people. We saw that the company has room for SEN learning disabilities . It was really lovely to see. Very professional, a great service . Something we really value.
