First of all there is no way of contacting the company other than by email which they do not respond too. It would be of help if the drivers contacted the customer with a courtesy call before turning up at the house to deliver 20-30 minutes wouldn’t be unreasonable. As the delivery was 76 minutes after the delivery window given a courtesy call wouldn’t have been unfair but no communication until the driver arrived
