Communication from kinetic logistics was terrible from the start. The only way I had to interact with them was a single booking link sent to me via text. Their telephone number is out of service and they are very slow to respond to messages. Costco uses them to deliver their items and even they had no way of contacting Kinetic aside from email.Their truck broke down, so they could not deliver my order on the agreed day. They didn't give me the option of booking a new day and instead told me they would deliver it on a day I won't be at home. When they eventually responded to my text they said they would have to 'fail' the delivery and then eventually reschedule it. They took a week to even attempt to deliver my order the first time around, and they only have one day a week open for London, so I suspect I'll now be waiting for two weeks for the delivery. I can't believe Costco uses this company.
