We were sent a day for delivery with a box to accept or not. We said no as was at work. The system is all automated so couldn't contact anyone to arrange a date. We refused the day on both email and text. The day before got a text and email saying delivery on day we had refused. Had to get my mum to be at my flat to take in delivery. The actual delivery was fine except not the van it said it would be not a company van or the reg we were told. We're not able to track either. On the whole not impressed
