Not even worth the 1 ⭐️……I was told by my Costco order to expect white glove service, chair taken to room of my choice and unpacked and assembled by the delivery drivers, also all packaging to be taken away with them. None of this was done. They left the box with the chair inside my hallway at my front door. Most unhelpful and i was left with all the packaging. Most unlike the service usually from Costco, think they need a rethink on delivery company….not impressed.
