Company contacted us the day after placing our order to arrange a delivery time slot which we accepted. Received a text on the day at the start of my time slot to say that the drivers had run out of legal driving time and could not deliver on allocated date, but would deliver the following day within a time period. Thankfully I had not needed to take time off work for this. The drivers did contact to say they would be there withing half an hour in the morning of the following day and they did apologise. Lovely delivery driver who place my item where I wanted it.
