Such a nice man, David, delivered my furniture order from Wooden Furniture Store today via Kinetic Logistics. I tried my best to get this latest order tied up with one from Pine and Oak Shop on 4th November that has I believe "gone missing", but Kinetic Logistics could not pull it together. The missing delivery of my order 3 months ago from Pine and Oak Shop has not been so simple. First Kinetic Logistics attempted delivery more than a month ago before the time stipulated with the order when I was out of the country with no data access so I did not receive or confirm the proposed slot. Since then I have not had any indication from Kinetic Logistics about when this delivery will happen. The shop manager says he has emailed them many times. He has also told me they will ring me to arrange delivery.Kinetic Logistics have emailed that the two orders were linked by them for delivery on the same day. But when they did not arrive today, Kayla has written "I am currently investigating with our warehouse as to the status of your pine and oak shop order, as soon as I have an update for yourself I will be in contact."One month after delivery was due my belongings are still in boxes and the room is stacked up waiting for the Kinetic Logistic's delivery of 3 large bookcases so I can set out my furniture. So much disruption and such poor support and communication for the end user.
