I had a text and email scheduling a delivery for a Saturday morning, but unfortunately we were away. The messages allowed me to accept or decline, but no explanation of what would happen if I decline. I declined nearly a week ago and I’ve had no further contact. There’s no order number on the text or email for me to check tracking info on their website, and the phone number on their website is out of service. So what do I do now?
