Unfortunately, I have to repost my review.
Two orders were processed and went quite well initially.
After the second order, I received a referral link offering 20M Silver for €25 (World of Tanks).
A great price, and I agreed with the booster that we would do it the next day. The next day, they backed out and demanded over €50.
After trying to resolve the issue with support for hours, I posted a negative review.
In response, a KingBoost Head of Customer Support asked me to join their Discord server to discuss the matter. I complied and explained everything. He promised to find a solution. His final offer was 5M Silver for free in exchange for me removing the negative review. This wasn't enough for me, and a few hours later, we agreed on 10M Silver. However, there was a 31-hour timeframe. Result 12 hours later: Nothing... Unfortunately, support didn't keep their word and just made excuses. They also ignored my suggestions for a solution! Even though they could have actually earned me another order! Unfortunately, Kingbooster support doesn't carry much weight.
So, the bottom line is: the negative review is online and it looks even worse. Kingbooster has lost a customer, and both the support team and I are two days older.
Let's see what happens next.
