They rescued us from a stressful situation when our lift broke down a few days before our removal date.The company we had previously booked cancelled on us due to the extra effort of moving furniture down 5 flights of stairs.Craig was immediately reassuring both over the phone and then again when he came to our flat later that day. Despite having a busy week, they strategically planned an earlier pick up of furniture, stored it for 2 days so that they could deliver to our new address on the scheduled house move date.All of this was carried out professionally and joyfully. The whole team were warm and friendly and didn’t seem to mind the exhausting work incurred climbing all those stairs! We will recommend them to all our family and friends.
