After the dust has settled.( Moved, unpacked and settled) This is the third time we asked kingdom removals to help us move. Third time round after 5 years, I gave Craig ( kingdom owner) a call. He still had my name and number saved on his phone. Wow. What a man. I would never have thought. He answered like no time has passed at all.
Craig has a soul of gold. He genuinely cares and wants to help. He came round to our now old house the day after calling. Put a quote together, and gave us a very competitive price. We needed boxes to pack, he organised these, aswell as packing tape and paper. All at a very good price.
The day of the move went so smoothly. The two guys who came were amazing. They properly cared and worked so hard. Everything was treated with absolute care.
Communication and dealings with kingdom removals was brilliant. I recommend them fully. Hard working with no issues.

From the very first introduction meeting to the end of the job Craig and his team were absolutely fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble, amazing service and the removal guys were superbly professional at their job. The attention to detail wrapping individual items to the care with moving our furniture was superb. I have no hesitation in recommending Kingdom removals to anyone. Took away the stress of moving and all went super smooth.
Everything was straight forward and explained. Craig came to view my flat to see what was involved in the removal. Great price given and guys turned up when they said they would. Whole thing from start to finish went just as it should. No problem for the boys would did the removal. Nice, friendly guys and very helpful. Nothing was a bother to them. We were moving sundries from Edinburgh to Kent. Craig was extremely helpful in fitting our relatively small load in with other jobs to accommodate our needs. We highly recommend this company! They rescued us from a stressful situation when our lift broke down a few days before our removal date.The company we had previously booked cancelled on us due to the extra effort of moving furniture down 5 flights of stairs.Craig was immediately reassuring both over the phone and then again when he came to our flat later that day. Despite having a busy week, they strategically planned an earlier pick up of furniture, stored it for 2 days so that they could deliver to our new address on the scheduled house move date.All of this was carried out professionally and joyfully. The whole team were warm and friendly and didn’t seem to mind the exhausting work incurred climbing all those stairs! We will recommend them to all our family and friends. Excellent experience with Kingdom Removals. Communication was great throughout the process - Craig was always quick to answer queries, and was really accommodating when our move date changed twice. The team who did the move were excellent too - they were punctual, courteous, efficient and took great care of my belongings - they put my mind at ease throughout and helped remove some of the stress from a stressful day! Would definitely use Kingdom Removals again :)
Another great experience. This time the boys were taking a few large and heavy bits of furniture down to the Borders for me. They arrived on time (a courtesy phone call 45 mins out) and did a quick walk around to check the pieces that were moving. They handled two heavy sofas and an extremely hefty walnut sideboard with ease, being very careful to avoid my wall lights with the sofas. Everything was packed up within half an hour and off they went. A good trip down to the Borders and another courtesy phone call before arrival. Reports from there were excellent and our friends were delighted with Ally and Adam’s care and attention. This is the third time we’ve used Kingdom and the communications really are superb as well has having neat, courteous and professional staff. Nothing is a problem for them and we’d use them again even for small jobs. Thanks again to all.
