We booked Kingdom Strollers in advance and they arrived right on schedule. On our walk back to our room though we realized the stroller had a big pull to the left. I emailed them to let them know and I had a response within 15 minutes where they apologized and said they’d have a replacement for us first thing in the morning the next day. They even let us change our return time at the last minute and we’re prompt in picking up the stroller. 100% satisfied, the BOB unit we used was awesome, smooth, and had tons of storage. I would highly recommend Kingdom Strollers.
