Cannot fault the service

Stroller was waiting for us at our villa when we checked in. We had an issue with a tyre puncture at Universal Studios, within 2 hours we had a new stroller delivered to our villa to replace the one with the puncture. Would definitely recommend this company and would definitely use them again in the future.

Bad batch or just paid reviews?

I recently hired a double stroller from kingdom strollers while on a 3 week vacation in Orlando, the stroller was mainly used for the kids for the Disney parks (aged 6 and 3). I must of had some old stock that had been very well used (or abused) as the stroller delivered compared to all the super high quality reviews I’ve seen was not what I expected. The service was fine no issues with drop off which was on time to the villa but the stroller was in pretty rough shape. It had clearly been used a lot, the stroller brake was hanging off the side broken, the sun visor fronts where both bent out of shape and the support rods clearly snapped. The free cooler bag was missing and the labels all but fell off after one use. The stroller had staining mainly in the buckle areas were food I assume was dropped and never cleaned, there was mould growing on the back of one that required cleaning and an old sock found in the basket under the stroller upon delivery. For $240 for 3 weeks I was pretty unimpressed, while I didn’t expect a brand new stroller out of the box I at least expected a clean and in good working order stroller that had at least a working brake. I tried reaching out to kingdom strollers multiple times on the day of and following days after the rental began to no avail. There was literally no reply to any communications we made with them which was unfortunate. I would of been happy to have been given a replacement but they never issued or offered one. Collection was booked for 9am on the Sunday and we left after 10am and it still had not been collected nor have we heard they received it back, but now understand why they only charge $20 insurance as clearly they are more than paid for! It is a surprise to see so many glowing reviews for this company as during my 3 week stay the amount of kingdom strollers I saw at the parks in the same condition as mine was concerning. Maybe it’s cheaper than buying or renting a stroller from Disney but if this is the standard of product being rented I assume it’s because people perceive their “service to be excellent” I never experienced excellent service nor a product fit for standard use, it makes me wonder if all these 1 person reviews are paid reviews something to beware of if you use this company …. I will personally never use them again and will 100% be suggesting using another company for stroller rental.

The best money spent …

We rented a stroller for our Orlando trip from Kingdom Strollers and it was the best money spent!I had to change the delivery address at short notice due to a villa change, sent an email and the address was updated immediately. The quality of the stroller was excellent, and my daughter found it very comfortable. I highly recommend Kingdom Strollers for your trip, you won’t be disappointed. Thank you so much to everyone involved at KS!

Kingdom scooters don’t waste your money

recently rented a scooter while at Disney. Customer number 620551. The first day 11/10 of use was at Epcot. As we were at Italy the scooter died. We were assured that morning that it had battery time of 13 hrs. I called the number on the tag and spoke with someone who said we needed to get the scooter to the front entrance! And that I’d be refunded my total amount which was 3 days of rental. Obviously we rented the scooter for mobility issues. My husband is having hip surgery next week on Wednesday.   The man I spoke to wanted him to push this scooter????He cannot walk well at this time. There were 3 of us ladies in our 60’s that had to push the scooter through mobs of people in 85 degree heat, in addition it kept stopping and wouldn’t move unless we pressed the clear bubble.  It took us at least an hour or better. I have mobility issues as does the other lady I was with. I was unable to get on any of the rides that prepaid lightning prices because we wasted so much time getting it to the front of Epcot and waited for their rep to show up. We lost our spot for lightning passes. All went to waste and we were crippled for day because we were bent over pushing a vehicle that didn’t move. Whoever I spoke with that day told me he’d refund the total amount of 3 days which he didn’t put through because I had to call again the next day and spoke with Derrick, who said he’d put the credit through but only refunded 1 day. This is the worst company to deal with. Unwilling to give good customer service. The replacement scooter was not a better scooter that was also promised. If you have a disability I would not recommend dealing with these people. It was an impossible situation that ruined our day at Epcot. We were not able to return at night because we were exhausted and unable to walk anywhere anymore. So our passes were for 3 parks and Epcot was a waste because we were given a faulty scooter. I emailed the office more than once getting nowhere. They offer free day when we return to Florida which won’t be happening anytime soon.

Brilliant company

Brilliant company - nothing is too much trouble for them. The scooter I hired was light enough & small enough to fit in the boot of an SUV, but very sturdy. The battery only needed re-charging twice in a 3 week period of daily use (long days).

Kingdom Strollers was amazing

Kingdom Strollers was amazing! Great stroller and amazing customer service. I emailed them questions and received an immediate answer. I even made an error on my pickup date. They came to get the stroller a few hours later! I cannot say enough about David at Kingdom Strollers! If you need a stroller in Orlando, book Kingdom Strollers!

5+ stars, fantastic service, quality stroller, highly recommend

5+ stars, really helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble, we'll be using Kingdom Strollers each time we visit Disney in the future. We had a booking with Kingdom Strollers that we had to postpone due to illness causing cancellation of our holiday. Despite it being so close to our drop off date (the day before), they put the stroller on hold for us until we knew when we would be fit to fly.Once we had re-booked our holiday, they got the dates changed around over a quick phone call and we were all set again. Then Hurricane Nicole hit and we had to postpone our booking again due to flight cancellations - Kingdom Strollers sorted this for us with no problem whatsoever.Right before our re-scheduled flight, our travel agent informed us they had not secure us the resort we had booked with them as they had forgot to pass the booking through to Disney. We (again!) had to phone Kingdom Strollers to change our drop off point without any complaint their end.Drop off was on time, the stroller was perfect, it came with a rain cover and cool bag - both of which came in really handy during our time away.To top it all off, Disney were able to change our accommodation to be more in line with what we had actually booked despite the uselessness of our travel agent. We (again!!) phoned Kingdom Strollers to change our booking - this time to change our collection point and they were more than happy to help again.I'm not sure how many companies would put up with so many changes to a booking in a short period of time, but Kingdom Strollers' willingness to help us really took the edge off the stress of illness of myself and my daughter, our initial cancelled holiday, our re-booking gone wrong, flight cancellations. They could not have done more for us.
