Service in the showroom was fantastic. Staff spent time showing me all the options available with fabrics/leather and helped me visually determine what would meet my expectations and criteria.
Unfortunately one screw was missing for under the bed which the delivery & assemble staff immediately notified us whilst assembling the bed and alerted this problem to the office straight away. Andrew, a Warranty Specialist, called me immediately to determine what was needed and organised delivery of the part. Somewhere along the way, the wrong part was delivered. Andrew rectified this and sent the correct part which arrived in a few days and followed up with us again to ensure we were happy. Overall, all customer service from Retail store, Delivery & Assembly to Parts and Warranty was exceptional.
