Our King Living couch is less than 12 months old and has already experienced multiple faults. The current issue is that the middle seat randomly reclines on its own and then will not go back down. This has happened before with other seats as well. We have had technicians attend several times, and there have been periods where we could not use the couch at all while waiting for repairs.

After repeated failures, we requested a refund. Instead, another technician was sent to “assess” and “report.” The technician could clearly see the couch was malfunctioning. The only solution provided was to disconnect the middle recliner so we could at least use the couch in a fixed position.

Weeks later, we have been told there is “no fault” and offered a $600 store credit.

A premium, high cost couch requiring multiple repair attempts within its first year (and now partially disconnected to remain usable) clearly does not meet acceptable quality standards under Australian Consumer Law.

When a product experiences a major failure, the consumer has the right to choose a refund or replacement. Repeated faults and unsuccessful repair attempts constitute a major failure.

This outcome is completely unacceptable from a brand that positions itself as premium. We expect this to be resolved accordingly.

after spending over 30k on my furniture, all my coffee tables and side tables have signs of fading. the responds was the best. apparently the water we used to clean the furniture wasn't king living approved. keep in mind its only 3 to 6 months old furniture. when i said ill be taken this further there responds was ( you do what you wht you have to do. etc etc but i will leave it at that.

Service in the showroom was fantastic. Staff spent time showing me all the options available with fabrics/leather and helped me visually determine what would meet my expectations and criteria.
Unfortunately one screw was missing for under the bed which the delivery & assemble staff immediately notified us whilst assembling the bed and alerted this problem to the office straight away. Andrew, a Warranty Specialist, called me immediately to determine what was needed and organised delivery of the part. Somewhere along the way, the wrong part was delivered. Andrew rectified this and sent the correct part which arrived in a few days and followed up with us again to ensure we were happy. Overall, all customer service from Retail store, Delivery & Assembly to Parts and Warranty was exceptional.

I truly appreciate your prompt assistance.I purchased a sofa, a bed, and a dining table with chairs from King Living, and I’m very happy with my overall experience. I really love the design style — it’s modern, elegant, and beautifully made. The quality feels solid and durable, and the furniture fits perfectly in our home.

The sales team were wonderful to deal with — professional, patient, and easy to communicate with throughout the process.

Most of the delivery drivers were friendly and helpful. I did notice that the installation experience varied slightly between different teams. Perhaps providing additional installation training could help ensure an even more consistent service standard across all deliveries.

Overall, I’m very pleased with my purchase and truly appreciate the design and quality that King Living offers.

We have a number of wonderful furniture items from King that we absolutely love. Over Christmas, however, with many people visiting the house, we were surprised that one of our 1.5 yr old swivel Seymour chairs (the favourite living room seats) developed a creaking noise! We reported the issue to King and were pleased they could send a service man within a week to our home on Bowen Island. The repair 'fix' amounted to simply tightening 5 bolts with an Allen key- something we can do in future if necessary. The informative service call demonstrated to us not only the quality of the furniture design (nothing had actually broken, just loosened with plenty of use) but also the company's commitment to customer service and product satisfaction. Thank you King.

When you enter the store, you are warmly greeted by the friendly, approachable staff. You don't feel any hard sell. They offer a friendly smile, and their product knowledge is amazing of all the styles.
Nothing is a problem, no matter how many times you go back, just to browse, shopping around, to confirm what lounge you are after and make the decision. I went back about 5 times, and they remember who you are, when greeting you.
The time that both Wan and Fay spent with me, was amazing. Ensuring that I was buying what I needed. And to have your lounge room measurements put into their computer, to ensure that the lounge was going to be appropriate for the area, was reassuring.
The range available in store is amazing. Well laid out and you get to try out the comfort levels of the lounge that you are interested in.
This is my second lounge purchased with King Living Moore Park in the past 3 years, as I trust their craftsmanship, durability and comfort of the lounge. It is a great product. I am also thinking of purchasing another lounge for my family room later this year from King Living.
I highly rate King Living for your furniture needs.
