We stumbled upon the King store whilst walking down Tottenham Court Road and were instantly drawn in by the beautiful aesthetics. Assistant Manager Jordan was super helpful in explaining their modular sofa ranges, including fabric ranges and lead times, and making us feel extremely comfortable. He even took the time to map out the dimensions of our prospective sofa on our floor plan to help us make an informed decision. We left the store having purchased a sofa within 2 hours of viewing - probably one of their quickest sales ever but for us, it was a memorable and enjoyable experience!
