Within 48 hrs after I made my purchase at the King showroom, Rolan contacted me via email to give me information regarding the build time and when I could expect delivery of my pieces. It turned out that we had a vacation scheduled during the expected delivery window so Rolan kindly worked with us to ensure there wouldn't be any issues and the day after we returned home we got our beautiful new King sofa chair delivered - we're very happy and satisfied, thanks Rolan!

Arrogant Business with small print T&C.Upon goods arrival, they refused to give me delivery schedule till I make payment. Which I did not like, as I told them I will make payment in advance of delivery, I just need to know when you will deliver.Delivery team was equally non-counteous, they refused to help me move my old sofa. I was alone at home and you can imagine my difficulty and embarrassment on their attitude and refusal.
Months after continuing to not process the refund promised, we finally had to ask our credit card company to dispute the charge. We won the dispute but only after a lot of time and effort. You better hope nothing goes wrong if you buy from them!
King Furniture fully satisfied us with a fabric problem with two chairs. The service coordinator, Kath, initiated, coordinated and communicated the process in exemplary fashion. The service technician, Mohammad, performed efficient and top quality repair and install.
