I had reached out for cleaning service months ago, never received a reply and never received any services, then randomly my credit card was charged $128. I’ve contacted King of Clean DC several times with no response, the only response I got for them was an email asking for a review… not sure if it’s a technical glitch or a scam but would advice against this business.
King of Clean has been our cleaner for our Airbnb for the last two years. They have consistently provided excellent cleaning services with keen attention to detail. They are very responsive to feedback and always looking for ways to improve. I highly recommend King of Clean DC.
Have been using this cleaner for about 6 months as a backup. Every cleaning had an issue that generally revolves around not completing the cleaning checklist. Everytime I brought it to the management’s attention I was assured it would get better, but every time there was an issue, usually repeating. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but after so many times with the same issues, it just wasn’t worth the headache.
