Review Time
I requested a cleaning two weeks in advance. The date and time were both available. The cleaning was scheduled for 2pm on a Wednesday. At 7am I get a text asking if they can come at 11. I tell them that time is not convenient for me, but that I could rearrange my schedule to be home at 1pm. As I arrive at my home at 1245 I receive a text message canceling my cleaning. I'm rescheduled to Friday and given the option for 8 or 9am. I select 9am. At 8am I receive a text asking if they can come at 830. A woman arrives with who I presume to be her son (teenager). When they leave I notice that the toilet seat was not cleaned at all. The trash in the bedroom was not emptied despite being full. And I notice that the floor has been poorly mopped. Debris remains around the mat in the entry way as if they tried to mop around it instead of moving it. KoM reaches out to me for feedback on my service and I tell them that I am disappointed and explain why. The cleaner reports to them that the reason they didn't mop the floor is because there were boxes everywhere. There are zero boxes in my home. ZERO! Just say your did a bad job. Don't lie on the customer. Save your time and money and frustration. Go elsewhere!
