Lisburn Road, Belfast. Absolutely brilliant, from the telephone appointment agents, shuttle staff, cafe staff, reception staff, cleaning staff, auxiliary staff, porters, kitchen staff, nursing/theatre/recovery staff and Doctors and anyone who I have missed.
So well run, I have never been so well looked after. Everyone I encountered was exceptional. From the greeting at the car park and the reception, the medical process, the food/dinner to the facilities, they are second to none. (To the nurse who helped me directly to my car, you truly demonstrate every aspect of being a wonderful nurse and are a credit to the profession). I am extremely grateful for everything you all did for me. Above and beyond.
