Very positive experience having steroid injections foot.
Staff very professional,efficient and reassuring as I was apprehensive about the procedure.
Radiologist very approachable,good bedside manner and I felt reassured and confident in his care.
Nurses also warm but professional in approach.
Appointment times as scheduled,no additional waiting.
Appropriate information provided to accompany procedure and clear advice on follow on /after care/issues .
All staff were lovely. I was put at ease and felt fully informed all the way through.

Lisburn Road, Belfast. Absolutely brilliant, from the telephone appointment agents, shuttle staff, cafe staff, reception staff, cleaning staff, auxiliary staff, porters, kitchen staff, nursing/theatre/recovery staff and Doctors and anyone who I have missed.
So well run, I have never been so well looked after. Everyone I encountered was exceptional. From the greeting at the car park and the reception, the medical process, the food/dinner to the facilities, they are second to none. (To the nurse who helped me directly to my car, you truly demonstrate every aspect of being a wonderful nurse and are a credit to the profession). I am extremely grateful for everything you all did for me. Above and beyond.

I had my hip replacement just two days ago, and I must say the surgeon was fantastic! I'm already feeling significantly better. The hospital was luxurious, surpassing any hotel experience. The staff were exceptionally caring and friendly, even surprising me with a birthday cake. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hospital; they truly excel in their service.
