I apparenlty had to hop from people to people to people to get the process finished.Their emails are full of spelling mistakes and unclear, so better check your contract carefully or they might spell your name wrong. Please hire someone who passed their GCSE. And if you want to talk to them, you may want to send an email ahead to make sure they are in the office, cus they are never in the office, let alone reply to your emails.They have left us with basically no time to finish the process, which has imposed us with unmeasurebale stress. Their reference system is buggy and keeps asking you for the same information. Not sure if the reference system is their own or outsourced but it is highly inefficient, incredibly slow and ask you for more information than you would imagine. Even more than when you apply for the mortgage.I will be leaving this property the moment this lease is finished thanks to them. Landlord, if you are reading this, you might want to consider switching an agency. Cus your property is amazing and they are managing it like those clowns in 10 Downing street.
