I needed to rent a flat urgently, and the representative was incredibly effective in expediting the process (contacted on January 20th, had a viewing on the 21st, received a contract on the 23rd, and moving in on the 31st). Moreover, communication was excellent, with quick responses and valuable assistance during the viewing and addressing my repair concerns. The representative significantly influenced my decision to rent, as I was initially interested in a property managed by another agency, but their communication was poor and slow (they hadn't reached the landlord days after my offer above the asking price, which had recently been reduced, as the property had been on the market for three months). I chose the property managed by the company because the representative efficiently organized everything to move forward quickly, while I had little faith in the other agency's ability to facilitate my move in a timely manner.

We've interacted with one of them regularly, and she consistently gets things done, often taking the initiative, with excellent communication skills. She is the type of person you would want on your own team.
