The support from this company is appalling. After my initial contact on October 17th and several follow-ups, I still have not made any progress and am waiting for a reply. Their focus seems to be on canceling my warranty instead of providing help. They haven't even asked what the issue is and do not respond to emails. Will I ever get a reply or an answer!?
