Extremely disappointing equipment that failed to connect with the software. The software couldn't detect the oil tank, making setup impossible. I strongly advise against it. The response from the support team was lacking, and technical assistance was virtually non-existent. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear unless you enjoy dealing with difficulties. The equipment is overpriced and outdated!

After reaching out on October 17th and needing to follow up multiple times, I still have not made any progress and am waiting for a reply. This product is simply not suitable for its intended use. I feel misled into buying something that fails to function properly. I had to pay more than £2000 upfront for a new motor that was needed, and only one of the two engineers showed up. I returned unnecessary parts for a refund, but it took two weeks for them to process it. I've been waiting over three weeks for a refund of just over £1000 for parts and labor. I've had to constantly follow up. Avoid this company at all costs.
This company is the absolute worst. They are trying to reject a valid warranty claim by any means necessary, leaving me and my children without hot water for over six weeks. I purchased this product at the beginning of August, and it has been plagued with problems. The USB stick works only for a few days before turning red and becoming unresponsive until unplugged. Even when it shows green, the readings are delayed by up to five days. The support line rarely answers, and email support doesn't respond. I regret buying this product!
