A truly frustrating experience

This company is incredibly frustrating. I was charged over £400 for a service call, but the technician only replaced a belt and did not perform the service I paid for. I had to pay more than £2000 upfront for a new motor that was needed, and only one of the two engineers showed up. I returned unnecessary parts for a refund, but it took two weeks for them to process it. I've been waiting over three weeks for a refund of just over £1000 for parts and labor. I've had to constantly follow up. Avoid this company at all costs.
