I purchased this product at the beginning of August, and it has been plagued with problems. The USB stick works only for a few days before turning red and becoming unresponsive until unplugged. Even when it shows green, the readings are delayed by up to five days. The support line rarely answers, and email support doesn't respond. I regret buying this product!
