The customer service from this company is very disappointing. After reaching out on October 17th and needing to follow up multiple times, I still have not made any progress and am waiting for a reply. Their main concern seems to be voiding my warranty instead of helping me. They haven't even asked about the specific issue and do not respond to emails. Will I ever get a response or an answer?
