I am writing this to warn others about merchant XPRO GAMES and Kinguin's refusal to act on clear evidence of fraud. My account was reclaimed by the seller using original transaction details. The account email was changed to @jerkoffmail.com – a known placeholder domain used by scammers to recycle sold accounts. Despite providing screenshots from Microsoft showing that my security (Passkey) was forcefully removed (which only the original owner can do), Kinguin Support (agents Frank and Minji) ignored the technical facts and kept repeating a template response about "security being the customer's responsibility." It is not a security lapse; it is a latent defect where the seller keeps a "backdoor" to the product. Kinguin is protecting a fraudulent merchant instead of a customer over a small 30 PLN refund. Avoid this platform if you value your consumer rights.
