Tried buying a game as a pre-order, but the site showed an error message and reloaded, so I figured I'd just try again.

I only later realized that the money for all 4 of my attempts had been reserved on my bank account, even though no purchase ever went though. It doesn't even show up in my account history on their site.

And it really sucks because I need a lot of that money for groceries, but they don't respond to support tickets, I even tried a message on twitter, which was also ignored.

Don't use this website, unless it's with money you can afford to lose!!!

EDIT: There isn't any order number, which I assume is due to the error on your site, but I've sent you a mail with a picture of my bank account, where you can see that the money has been reserved by Kinguin. I'm guessing you won't actually charge me for something I didn't receive, but I need that money free sooner than the end date of the reservation, which is the 30th of March, and according to my bank, only you can do that. I'd really appreciate it if you could fix this.

The site seems legit. I bought a six-month subscription for a popular video editing app at an amazing price from the seller KEYG TRADE.

I ran into an issue with the provided email, but KEYG TRADE’s support team solved it within a couple of hours. In their first reply, they said they would fix the problem as soon as possible or refund me, which felt very professional and reassuring.

Overall, my experience was great, and I give a lot of credit to the KEYG TRADE team.

Bought a region free key and it was region locked. Complete waste of money. I tried to buy puyo puyo champions and now im out of my cash. The only thing I could ask for back when contacting the merchant was on site currency. Ridiculous. Will be doing a chargeback with screenshot evidence of the scam.

UPDATE: After my 1 star review, they helped out and I got a full refund + a coupon. I cannot give it a 5 star because I still had to go through all the trouble, but the support was useful this time.

I am writing this to warn others about merchant XPRO GAMES and Kinguin's refusal to act on clear evidence of fraud. My account was reclaimed by the seller using original transaction details. The account email was changed to @jerkoffmail.com – a known placeholder domain used by scammers to recycle sold accounts. Despite providing screenshots from Microsoft showing that my security (Passkey) was forcefully removed (which only the original owner can do), Kinguin Support (agents Frank and Minji) ignored the technical facts and kept repeating a template response about "security being the customer's responsibility." It is not a security lapse; it is a latent defect where the seller keeps a "backdoor" to the product. Kinguin is protecting a fraudulent merchant instead of a customer over a small 30 PLN refund. Avoid this platform if you value your consumer rights.

After 96 hours of waiting, I never received my gift and the seller did not respond to my dispute. The experience feels like a scam, as the promised early access was not delivered and no solution was provided within the stated timeframe. Very disappointing.
I will escalate the case to PayPal and start a dispute through their platform.

Crypto deposits are awful and overall the fees are crazy unless you are using a discount code. You have only 15 minutes to send the crypto and most sites are slow and especially sending coins like Ethereum or Bitcoin that tend to be slow unless you pay lots of fees. Then the funds get locked and its hard to get them back and you are forced to contact through mail that can take 48 hours. You also pay very high fees overall. Only positive thing is that they have big variety of stuff but couldn't recommend depositing cryptos.

After posting this review, I was contacted and received a full refund fairly quickly, along with a 14% discount voucher.
While I appreciate that the issue was eventually resolved, the initial product I received was unusable (locked Microsoft account) and I did not receive a response until the public review was posted.
For that reason, I cannot consider this a fully positive experience, but I acknowledge that the refund was handled properly once escalated.

As of now, I cannot recommend this company. There are many other platforms that provide better reliability and customer support.

I purchased a “PC Account” for Jurassic World Evolution 3. After receiving the login credentials, I attempted to access the Microsoft account, but it was already locked and required phone number verification.

Because of this, I was unable to access the account or download the game. I did not modify any account settings. The product is simply not usable in its current state.

I contacted and waited for the seller for a day, than escalate to support through the platform, but after two days I have not received any response.

At the moment, I am still waiting for a replacement account or a full refund. I will update this review if the issue is resolved.
