Tried buying a game as a pre-order, but the site showed an error message and reloaded, so I figured I'd just try again.
I only later realized that the money for all 4 of my attempts had been reserved on my bank account, even though no purchase ever went though. It doesn't even show up in my account history on their site.
And it really sucks because I need a lot of that money for groceries, but they don't respond to support tickets, I even tried a message on twitter, which was also ignored.
Don't use this website, unless it's with money you can afford to lose!!!
EDIT: There isn't any order number, which I assume is due to the error on your site, but I've sent you a mail with a picture of my bank account, where you can see that the money has been reserved by Kinguin. I'm guessing you won't actually charge me for something I didn't receive, but I need that money free sooner than the end date of the reservation, which is the 30th of March, and according to my bank, only you can do that. I'd really appreciate it if you could fix this.
