One might view their fees as a little expensive but if the claim is unsuccessful there is no charge. After one failed attempt some time previously I thought I would give Kinly a call. I am very glad I did, they are patient and understanding. They tell you exactly what you need to provide as evidence and fill the forms in for you in a professional manner. Cannot recommend Kinly any higher. The post office lost my first claim over the Christmas period. However, kinly provided a further copy of the forms which are quite lengthy with no problems whatsoever. Cannot thank them enough.

Having no idea about attendance allowance. The team at Kinley, talked me and my daughter through all the long paperwork, and all we had to do was read the completed documents & sign.
Very kind and clearly spoken staff, explained each question without being patronising.

No patronising, just plain language and compassion. Reliable service with potential for growth

I rate it 4 stars, consistent with other reviews. I sensed some exaggeration, so I modified a few responses. Upon reviewing the forms, I remembered additional details to add. I cannot complain about the cost as I was informed about it beforehand. For the fee, it would be advantageous to provide the form for review and feedback prior to submission. They helped me refine the form, but there’s room for improvement considering the price.
