One might view their fees as a little expensive but if the claim is unsuccessful there is no charge. After one failed attempt some time previously I thought I would give Kinly a call. I am very glad I did, they are patient and understanding. They tell you exactly what you need to provide as evidence and fill the forms in for you in a professional manner. Cannot recommend Kinly any higher. The post office lost my first claim over the Christmas period.
