Completely unacceptable service (if they even qualify as a company). Ordered a coat as a gift with a promised 5-10 day delivery. After waiting, I sent several emails, and their only response was to 'rest assured that my item is on its way.' Two months later, still nothing. They refused a refund, and now I have to pursue it through my bank. Avoid giving them any of your money at all costs!
