I strongly advise against placing an order here. I purchased a long line puffer jacket and received no updates about my order, which forced me to reach out to them. After finally receiving the coat, I've only had it for a month, and it already has significant tears on the inner arm and in the pocket. The quality is extremely poor considering the price. I contacted them to report this issue, hoping for a refund or at least a replacement, but I haven't received any response.
Fraudulent platform – Avoid at all costs. I paid £59.99 for a coat, was informed it had been dispatched, but the tracking link doesn't work. They are unresponsive to emails, and the website is no longer accessible. This says it all!
Came across their website through an ad and it seemed like a credible business with quality items and quick delivery. The '100% cotton' jumper finally arrived after a 4-week delay, sent from overseas. It turned out to be a cheap, synthetic item that I wouldn't wear. The quality is far from what was advertised, and I doubt their return policy. I regret falling for this scam. Don't make the same mistake; I question the existence of this company.

If I could give zero stars, I would! This website is a total scam. I ordered a coat nearly a month ago and still haven't received it. Paid £59.99, and when I inquired about a refund due to delays, I was told it had already been posted and couldn't be refunded! This is a complete scam; they take your money and don't send anything! Completely unacceptable service (if they even qualify as a company). Ordered a coat as a gift with a promised 5-10 day delivery.
