If I could give zero stars, I would! This website is a total scam. I ordered a coat nearly a month ago and still haven't received it. Paid £59.99, and when I inquired about a refund due to delays, I was told it had already been posted and couldn't be refunded! This is a complete scam; they take your money and don't send anything! I've reported this company!
