But once payment is secured, the experience nosedives.The delivery was a disaster. Critical components were missing, and the installer couldn’t complete the job. To make matters worse, there were multiple sizing errors that affected appliance placement and door fit. Specifically:• No drawers were delivered• Hardware for benchtops was missing• Corner cabinet rails and other essential components were not supplied• Incorrect hardware was provided for the doorsAll of these issues were flagged on the day of delivery. Yet, instead of acknowledging the delays or offering a timeline for resolution, Kinsman sent a request for full and final payment. This lack of accountability is unacceptable.Communication has been abysmal throughout. For a company that charges premium prices, the execution has been anything but. I deeply regret not doing more research beforehand—turns out many other customers have faced similar failures in delivery and service.Do not get caught in their trap. The showroom may sparkle, but the follow-through is deeply flawed.
