Since early November this year we have tried to contact them, in relation to a warranty repair job on a kitchen cabinet. The first contact on the 6th of November was good. We sent photos and was told they would let us know shortly. Since then we have emailed three times and called four times, with no communication return. The phone calls end with a messages, stating” someone will return your call”, this does not happen. The customer services is very low. All we want to know is the repair going to happen.
