Yes the mattress is excellent and very comfortable, but the service was really bad.Because of a problem with the carrier (they lost the mattress in Italy), they had to send it again, and the mattress only arrived home after more than a month.The customer service was at all times insufficient.I had to contact both the carrier and the company, and try to understand what had happened.Sometimes they would take long time to answer or not answer my emails at all.I had to use Kipli's Spanish customer phone number, since they don't even provide one for Portuguese customers.Overall I had to spend a lot of time to coordinate with both the carrier and Kipli, and only after writing 2 negative reviews they finally compensated for the experience with a free mattress protector (which, I have to say, is very good quality, as well as the mattress).
